Judkins reportedly got into an argument with Green’s girlfriend. During the fight, Green allegedly saw Judkins pull something from his waistband, police said.
Worried for his and his girlfriend’s safety, police said Green shot Judkins before calling 911.
Police said Green claimed self-defense and that no charges have been placed against him at this time.
