Gist: An argument occurred at the location between the victim and the suspect. During the altercation, the suspect fired at the victim. The victim attempted to return fire, but their firearm jammed. After clearing the jam, the victim fired at the suspect, who then fled the scene. 

The victim was transported to the hospital by NOEMS for treatment.
