TX: Brothers Recover Truck, Theif Killed

Authorities say a burglar alarm alerted the truck owner and his brother early Sunday. When they looked outside, someone was driving away accompanied by a second SUV.

When they pursued the two, someone in the SUV pointed a gun at them. They pulled their own guns and the suspected thief driving the stolen pickup was killed.

 Deputies also say at least one of the brothers had a concealed weapons license. It's not immediately clear if either of them will face charges.
