Police say Williams shot his sister, and then their brother shot him.
According to the arrest citation, when LMPD responded to the shooting, officers found a broken back door, shell casings, blood and a firearm.
Witnesses told police that Williams' brother confronted him, and then Williams stepped into the house and fired shots. Then, his brother returned fire.
Police said the sister was shot in the leg, and Williams was hit in the arm, wrist and leg.
