Police intend to collect DNA and clothing, and take photographs of Brandon Michael Klopp, who admitted to shooting 36-year-old Damian Dallabrida, of Kulpmont, twice with his Smith and Wesson Bodyguard 380 during a disturbance that began at 11:20 p.m., according to the warrant.
Ciana O’Brien, Klopp’s girlfriend, told investigators that Klopp fired the weapon when Dallabrida “charged” him. The couple then tended to Dallabrida.
Dallabrida remained in critical condition Monday at Geisinger Medical Center, in Danville.
No charges had been filed as of Monday.
