That is when the suspect is accused of saying they are just going to fight. But when the victim turned to put the gun back inside his truck, police say one of the suspects shot him several times in the back.
One of the suspects allegedly ran toward the back of the home and fired two more shots at the victim. Police say shots were fired back, and a man was shot in the left shoulder.
The two suspects left the scene and went into a wooded area. The other man is accused of firing seven rounds at them and leaving the scene in an unknown direction.
