A 38-year-old man was shot to death with his own gun during a struggle inside a Queens house, police said Wednesday.
Vick Ramjit got into an argument with an acquaintance inside the multi-family home with a front porch on 103rd St. near 97th Ave. in Ozone Park about 7:45 p.m. Tuesday, cops said. As the pair quarreled, Ramjit whipped out a gun, according to cops.
The victim and his acquaintance struggled over the gun and Ramjit was shot in the head when his pistol went off, cops said.
Ramjit died at the scene. He lived about half a mile away from the home he was killed in, according to cops.
